Terms & Conditions: The Client acknowledges and agrees that the LLC's billable hours and associated hourly rate shall commence at the precise moment the LLC departs from their primary residence or designated local operational base in transit to the Client’s specified location, project site, or service destination. All transit time—including, but not limited to, driving, commuting, navigation, and logistical travel required to reach the designated assignment—is considered an integral part of the professional services rendered. Consequently, all such travel time shall be billed at the standard hourly rate agreed upon in this Agreement, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. The LLC explicitly disclaims any express or implied warranties, guarantees, or assurances that the provision of services will result in a specific outcome, absolute resolution, or permanent fix of the subject product, equipment, software, or system. The Client acknowledges and agrees that technology, mechanical systems, and digital products are inherently unpredictable, and the Service Provider makes no representation or warranty that any diagnosis, repair, troubleshooting, or modification will achieve a successful or permanent rectification of the underlying issue.
